Auto Darkening Welding Hoods - American Camo Hydro Graphic Pattern

Our new line of Hydro Dipped Design products is now available in our Welding Helmets. This particular helmet features the American Camo Design and covers the surface of the welding hood and inside the pattern you will find a American Camo print. Since each helmet is dipped one at a time the placement of the pattern will slightly different making it different and special. And to finish the product, it is covered with a high gloss finish. Starting with our best value auto darkening welding helmets by Pyramex™ we proceed to the hydro dipping process. These auto darkening helmets reacts to the bright light from the welding process. Adjusting from the clear grinding process to the welding light with an easy control knob on the left side of the helmet adjustable from a AWS shade 9 to a shade 13. Measuring 4 inches wide by 2 inches high the auto darkening welding lens is adjustable for sensitivity and delays to fine tune the shading of the lens. These helmets feature a lightweight shell construction made with a high impact resistant nylon material. They also features an ergonomic design with the suspension that adjust fully to get the best possible fit. The suspensions in the Pyramex auto darkening welding helmet adjust to fit the contour of the head as well as to adjust the tension making it easier to flip the hood up and down with comfort and ease. To stay safe and perform your welds correctly it features a high-speed lens that operates at 1/30000n seconds. The lens are powered by solar cells and a replaceable lithium battery. The Pyramex™ Auto Darkening helmet also comes with 4 independent arc sensors that are set up in a staggered design to deliver reliable arc detection. Before hydro dipping with the design each lens is removed from the shell and replaced back in the helmet followed by testing for accuracy before being shipped. • Since the welding hoods have been modified from the factory, we can not say they are ANSI approved; however, we are taking a NEW ANSI approved welding hood then adding several layers of paint, ink, and glossy coating to the outside shell.
• Since we are placing a flat image on a very rounded surface the back of the welding hood might have a little stretching in the pattern. It more or less looks like a wind swept effect facing towards the back of the helmet.
• We are carrying all patterns in stock and can generally produce the hats in 1-2 days; however, there may be an additional 2-4 day lead time in case of back orders or larger orders
