First mix up the cream "frosting".  You can mix your own colors and scents. Just add a few drops of scented colorant into the powder.  Then fill your scented cream frosting mixture into the frosting machine. Select a style of decorating tip. Then press and swirl the cream onto the scented soap base. Add sprinkle decorations and a cute character topper!  Which surprise characters will you get ?!?  Each topper floats in your tub and adds real character to your vanity sink!
